"This squiggly little fellow (I know it’s a male because the females are brown)—about eight inches long head to tail—is well camouflaged amidst the green grass and brown mud. Green lizards can grow twice as big, and insects especially, but also mice and the avian guardians of eggs and hatchlings, had best be wary when these cold-blooded dragons are about."
